As a tenant of the Sullivan Housing Authority, kindly be reminded that reporting maintenance issues and needed repairs to your apartment is the tenant’s responsibility.
Promptly report any damages or issues concerning the property or your apartment to ensure timely resolution.
Remember, if it goes unreported, we may not be aware of the issue. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe and well-kept living environment for all residents.

Maintenance problems after hours or on weekends should be reported immediately the next business day.
If needed work is due to normal wear and tear, the tenant will not be charged. If a resident, family member, guest or visitor is responsible for the problem or damage, a charge will be assessed.
